These are great outdoor sports that help whip you into shape. You ay also bike and run indoors, on exercise machines. Biking is easier on the knees than running, and swimming easier still on all joints.

Type I diabetes requires more aggressive treatment, but Type II is manageable sometimes with just lifestyle changes - avoiding processed sugar, helathful diet and regular exercise. If you suspect that you have diabetes be sure to get tested sooner rather than later.

Nowadays HCV is eminently treatable, almost painlessly compared to the early days of interferon + ribavirin which would make people sick with flu like symptoms for 6 - 12 months and often cause thyroid problems with resulting weight loss.
Getting treated sooner rather than later after infection is a good idea. Keep in mind that untreated HCV may lie dormant in your body for up to a decade before it decides to take off and multiply.

Unfortunately by the time many of us are diagnosed with cancer, it is too late to do anything beyond extend our lives. Complete remission is often dependent on early diagnosis. Be vigilant, and monitor your health with regular doctor's visits, screens and blood tests.

Is plastic surgery a good idea? |

Keep in mind that every time that surgeon's knife cuts in, there is a chance of scarring or other side effects. Eventually, the damage caused could exceed the benefits (think, Michael Jackson). If you do opt for any cosmetic surgery, at least make certain that you do all your research first and choose a reputable surgeon with 100% positive reviews. You want this first surgery to be your last.
