Tips for anti-aging

These are the keys to anti aging:

1 - genes (not much you can do about those, either you have good ones, or not!).

2 - diet
-heavy on vegetables
-prefer fish and chicken over red meat
-balanced diet including fruits and grains

3 - LOTS of pure water daily. Many glasses.

4 - Regular exercise - both weight training and cardiovascular

5 - STAY OUT OF THE SUN and wear sunscreen at all times

6 - Regular sex - this has been proven to slow aging

7 - Proper vitamins and supplements
Forums - Vitamins & Supplements

8 - Low stress. Don't worry - be happy!

9 - Associating with younger people. :-)

Great information. Eating watermelon is also beneficial.

Also try creative treatments such as Massage ~ including hot steamed towels, hot stones, deep tissue massage, reflexology, Ashiatsu Bar Therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, a therapist assisted stretching.
